Customer proximity instead of distance
We do not develop detached from our customers' everyday work. Requirements from projects, support and operations flow directly into the further development of TUTORize.
Since 2011, TUTORize has developed software in Germany for learning, knowledge and qualification processes. Our aim is not to collect as many functions as possible, but to build systems that prove themselves in everyday use: clear, secure, integrable and close to our customers' requirements.

Organisations need to qualify people, keep knowledge up to date, meet deadlines and be able to trace decisions later. In practice, this quickly creates many individual tools, lists and manual workflows. TUTORize was developed to make exactly these processes controllable in the long term.
This remains the core of our work today: software should reduce manual effort, make responsibilities clear and ensure that important processes do not depend on the memory of individual people.
We do not develop detached from our customers' everyday work. Requirements from projects, support and operations flow directly into the further development of TUTORize.
For us, software does not end at go-live. Questions, feedback and new requirements are part of the collaboration. Direct contacts and short coordination paths are therefore an important part of how we work.
TUTORize has been continuously developed since 2011. We do not think about product decisions, technical foundations and customer relationships only for the next release, but for long-term operation.
New functions are not an end in themselves for us. What matters is whether they make a real process cleaner, safer or easier to control.
An LMS or knowledge management system is not a one-off IT project. Processes change, new requirements arise and users need support. That is why support, project work and product development belong together at TUTORize.
For us, customer proximity means not only fixing problems technically, but understanding why they arise in the process. This knowledge flows back into the product and the collaboration.
Anyone processing qualification data, roles, evidence and internal knowledge needs control over operations, access and data storage. Security is therefore not an add-on module, but part of the product and company foundation.
TUTORize has developed software for digital learning, knowledge management and qualification since 2011. During this time, technologies, learning formats and requirements have changed considerably. Our ambition has remained the same: to develop a platform over the long term instead of repeatedly forcing customers to start from scratch.
Over the years, a learning management system has become a platform for learning, knowledge and talent processes. Its development follows real requirements from customer projects, operations, integration and security.
Control learning, mandatory training, classroom sessions, deadlines and evidence.
